Walk-in coolers and freezers
Antioch's restaurants and international markets depend on refrigeration. We service walk-in coolers and freezers, so you can catch failing compressors, iced evaporators, and door-seal leaks before you lose product.
Tri-County Mechanical is a family-owned commercial HVAC and refrigeration company serving Antioch, in southeast Nashville and Davidson County. We repair, maintain, and install rooftop units, split and packaged systems, VRF, walk-in coolers and freezers, boilers, and chillers. Antioch's commercial map is changing fast. New retail, hotels, and apartments are going up at Century Farms off I-24. The old Hickory Hollow / Global Mall site is being rebuilt as a civic, education, and transit hub. Large distribution warehouses line the I-24 corridor toward La Vergne. And Bell Road, Murfreesboro Pike, and Antioch Pike are lined with independent restaurants, international markets, and churches. Our shop is in Brush Creek. We don't claim an Antioch storefront.
Antioch's commercial map mixes new Century Farms buildings, mall-area redevelopment, I-24 warehouses, and older food-business strips:
Refrigeration uptime, strip-center rooftops, and warehouse roofs are the work. A residential-first truck is not built for it.

Repair and replacement for strip-center, restaurant, church, and warehouse-office rooftop units and split systems. Many older centers on Bell Rd and Murfreesboro Pike still run aging rooftop equipment.
Zoned VRF for medical suites, offices, and mixed-use space in newer Century Farms-style buildings.
Service for the larger buildings in the area that run plant equipment.
Custom-priced after a free walkthrough. Program members get priority emergency response. This works well for owners with several storefronts or several warehouse rooftops.
Call (931) 356-7776. Emergency service is available for commercial customers, with priority for preventative maintenance program members.
A 300+ acre mixed-use development at I-24 and Hickory Hollow Pkwy, with Tanger Outlets (opened October 2023), hotels, restaurants, healthcare offices, Nashville SC's headquarters and training facility, apartments, and a planned Target of about 147,500 sq ft. New buildings come with new equipment, and warranties and maintenance plans need to be set up early.
Metro has demolished the former Hickory Hollow mall interior. The anchor buildings stay: Nashville State Community College, the Southeast Community Center, KIPP Nashville on Bell Rd, and Ford Ice Center. The 2024 master plan calls for Arts, Innovation, and Opportunity villages and a WeGo transit center, built out in phases over years.
Large warehouses such as The Crossings (around 675,000 sq ft at 6050 Dana Way) and the roughly 557,000 sq ft Amazon facility on Logistics Way near La Vergne. Many rooftops, office build-outs, and climate-controlled areas.
Older strip centers full of independent international restaurants and markets. Refrigeration uptime is critical here, and equipment is often aging.
Fast residential growth brings large complexes with common-area systems, plus many congregations with heavy weekend loads.
Long, humid Middle Tennessee summers are hard on condensers and walk-ins alike.
A skipped coil cleaning or a worn door seal shows up first as warm product or a hot sales floor.
